DurabilityBar

Informs players mining if they have 50% durability, 25% durability, 10% durability, 5% durability and 5 uses left with the Action Bar.

Permissions + Commands:
/durabilitybar (db, dbr) - durabilitybar.reload

Includes a config to customise all messages:

# {item_name} - Show's item display name (only applicable to message_name and message_5_uses_name) - e.g Bob
