DustyCobweb
This plugin creates automatically cobweb inside one or multiple regions(can be configured in the config file) when there aren't players inside that region.

Config:

max-cobweb-in-region: 9 
#delay in seconds 300 = 5 minutes. if no one is in the region 
seconds-delay-creating-cobweb-in-region: 300 
#world = name of the world where is the region 
#x1,y1,z1 = location first lower corner 
#x2,y2,z2 = location second upper corner 
regions:
