E-Verify

- Added two events to the API : · AsyncMailEvent : event called when an email is sent. Returns the a player, the session, the senders email, the receivers email, the message, and if the event is cancelled. [Able to set the message] · PlayerVerifyEvent : event called when a player verifys (is not called in force verifications). Returns a player, the players email, the code, and if the event is cancelled. - Updated the drop command - Plugin is disabled if the config isn't valid.

- Added Help message - Mail sent on a new thread - Verifies if person is already verified once he types the /ev mail command - Recreates empty tables, after the table is dropped - Updates config
