Easy Unsafe Enchants [600 Downloads!]

Hello, this update addresses a bug that caused players to be able to enchant items that they shouldn't be able to. However, since this COULD be an intended feature, a field in the configuration is added to manually disable this. If you want to disable this feature/bug, you can do so by changing the allownonenchantableitems: variable from "true" to "false" in the config. If you're missing this part, you can either manually add it, or you can simply delete the config, when it will re-create it will add this new line. This, however, resets all the enchantments to the default level. Make sure to backup them before deleting the config. If you find any bugs, PLEASE report them on discord! I'm MUCH more active there, and they will get fixed faster.
