With this plugin you can warn a player via chat so everyone can see it.
Commands:
/warn <player> <reason> - warns a player
/warnings - shows your warnings
/clearwarnings <player> - clears warnings from a player
Permissions:
ewp.warn - gives acces to /warn
ewp.warnings - gives acces to /warnings
ewp.clearwarnings - gives acces to /clearwarnings
