I've recently started using Skript, so I'm going to be uploading resources from it.
Commands:
Do /wolf to create a wolf.
To tame it, rightclick it with a piece of rotten flesh.
Permissions:
wolf.create - creates the wolf from /wolf
wolf.tame - allows you to tame the wolf with rotten flesh
