EasyBuildTools
EasyBuildTools is a windows batch file that allows you to select a version and get the latest jar file for the selected version.
How do I use it?
1. Download the .zip file.
2. Extract the .zip file into a folder
3. Double click BuildTools.bat
4. Wait for it to build
