Commands:
/<command> <args> - Default Permission = Description
/fly | /f | /togglefly - easyfly.use = Toggles Fly Mode
/fly | /f | /togglefly <player> - easyfly.other = Change Other Players Fly Mode.
Permissions:
Toggle Own Fly Mode -\\- easyfly.use
Toggle Others Fly Mode -\\- easyfly.others
(permissions changeable in config.yml)
