I have based on the /report from badlion.
Commands with permissions
/reportinfo -> easyreport.user and if you have the permission easyreport.admins you see more info and commands!
/report <user> -> easyreport.user
/easyreport list (see reported users) easyreport.admins
/easyreport clear (clear the list of reported users) easyreport.admins
/easyreport reload (reload the skript) easyreport.admins
New permission!! (Its for alerts) -> easyreport.recive
