Economy Handler (Money, Balance and Bank)

This simple skript plugin allows your server to add an economy system without needing to depend on such heavy plugins like essentials. When you download the file, there is a list of all permissions, and all commands. In game you can use the command /economyhandler to see all commands.
Next version will have more language supported.
