On startup, will create a config for the mysql values. Simply stop server to change data and restart.
Commands:
- /money send (player) (amount) | Withdraws and sends money from senders account

- /money subtract (player) (amount) | Subtracts money from a players account
- /money set (player) (amount) | Sets a player's balance
- /money note (player) (amount) | Gives a money note to a player
- /money deposit | Deposits a money note
- /bal | Senders balance
- /bal (player) | Specific players balance
