Elemental Mobs

All elemental heads now have enchantments that relate to the elemental's type. Spawning has been slightly changed, and notably water elementals now spawn in the ocean (and wherever else squids spawn)

This update has some bugfixes, mostly minor ones for spawning algorithms. It also implements flying eyeballs, although not in the manner initially hoped due to Skript limitations. As such, they do not spawn naturally. In addition, caravans have been added, although they spawn exceedingly rarely. Caravans do not yet have the custom trades, but they will next update. If you have any ideas for the items the caravans should sell, let me know!
