Simple plugin that allows you to control your server's chat!

Features:

- /chat clear - Clear chat
- /chat (enable/on) - Enable chat
- /chat (disable/off) - Disable chat
- /chat status - View current status of chat
- /chat reload - Reload Configuration File
- Opped players get access to all commands listed above.
- Messages are fully customizable with color code support.

Permissions:

- ElementChatControl.* | Access to all commands
- ElementChatControl.bypass | Allows non-opped players to bypass the disabled chat

  ConfigReloaded: '&aConfiguration File Reloaded.'
