Elytra Combat Fixes

You will no longer be put into combat when taking damage in a safe zone where the damage is cancelled the plugin doesnt need safe zone plugins.. it will check by canceling damage events so if zafe zone plugin prevents damage plugin will recog that and wont tag as in combat I added check to see if inventory is full before the plugin tries to unequip the elytra and therefore notify user that inventory is full .
