ElytraDisabler

This disables elytra flight, not equipping.

The config is as follows:

on_use_message   :  '&cElytras are currently disabled!'  # Message to send when they attempt to use elytra flight.   
message_delay   :  30  # Seconds delay between sending on_use_message.

If no message is required just make the on_use_message value empty, ie: ''

Change the message to change the message when someone attempts to fly with "on_use_message"
Change the delay between messages being sent about disabling with "message_delay" whenever they try to use it.

This plugin is simple and lightweight, no bs to set up, plug and play!
