1.3A Configurable Plugin To Help Fix Elytras Being Too Overpowered
ElytraFixer is a simple plugin designed to fix the problems caused by elytra in the late game, this plugins currently supports versions 1.21.2 -1.21.4 (tested on 1.21.4)

Increases durability of elytras to 700
- Removes the ability for elytras to have enchantments
- Adds a 5s cooldown to firework rockets used to boost a elytra
