A simple elytra firework boost manager

this plugins do 2 things.

1- Disable firework sommuning, what it avoid the player getting hurt by firework explosion when glyding with elytra

2- modify the boost gived by the firework (wich is configurable)

an exemple of the config. (realy lite weight configuration)

# the default boost applied to user without any elytra nerf
boost: 1.5

# permission to the user will need to be given for any modification example: 'elytranerf.2.5' which will give the user 2.5 speed

Explaination: simply modify the boost speed given by the firework.
under 1 it will slow the player. above 1 it will boost him. it act has a speed multiplier
