Emotions - SubtraEmo

SubtraEmo, is an simple emotional plugin.
Let players perform emotions to other players.
(Only tested in spigot 1.13.1)

Commands:
/hug <player> - you hug player
/hug <thing> - you hug thing
/hug - you hug everybody

/kiss <player> - you kiss player
/kiss <thing> - you kiss thing
/kiss - you kiss everybody

/pop <player> - you throw popcorn on player
/pop <thing> - you throw popcorn on thing
/pop - you throw popcorn on everybody

/emo reload - r eloads config

Permissions:
SubtraEmo.admin - to reload config
SubtraEmo.hug - allow player to hug other player
SubtraEmo.hug.all - allow to hug all players
SubtraEmo.kiss - allow player to kiss other player
SubtraEmo.kiss.all - allow to kiss all players
SubtraEmo.popcorn - allow player to throw popcorn on other player
SubtraEmo.popcorn.all - allow to throw popcorn on all players

Config:
Change output text
choose sound and particle
should sound and/or particle be used
allow selfperform
cooldown time
