This is a splendid message plugin for bungeecord !

Commands :
/msg <Online Player Name> <message> ► Send a message
/tell <Online Player Name> <message> ► Send a message
/w <Online Player Name> <message> ► Send a message
/r <message> ► Reply to PROXY/a player
