Ench

this plugin lets you do / ench <enchantment> <lvl>

it can add any enchant between -32768 and 32767 as that is the highest and lowest lvl possible. No command block needed, it is being constantly updated as of November 16, 2019 and will keep updating if bugs are found or the server i made it for updates to a newer version.

/ench all <lvl> - adds every enchantment with the specified level (added for fun)
