Enchant Handler (with Enchant Caps)
This plugin allows players to combine enchantments in anvils without normal level restrictions, while still enforcing reasonable caps to maintain balance.

Features
Fully unrestricted anvil combining behavior (even over vanilla level limits)

Caps specific enchantments to prevent extreme stacking:

Unbreaking, Sharpness, Knockback, Riptide → max level 10

All types of Protection (regular, fire, blast, projectile, feather falling) → max level 10

Efficiency, Quick Charge → max level 10

Works with both enchanted books and regular items

Automatically removes conflicting protection types (only one allowed)

Great for servers that want custom enchant progression but prevent overpowered gear abuse.
