We are the people who run the MainCraft server normally.
However, I would like to distribute a few plug-ins that will help you.
That's why we have developed and distributed it directly to the Enchant World Zone Restrictions plug-in.
This plug-in supports version 1.8 , 1.9 , 1.10 , 1.11 , 1.12
Test bukkit verison : 1.8.8 , 1.10.2 , 1.12.2
So we are trying to support more versions.
More details
When you set the Enchant limit, you will not be able to use Enchant 10 or higher.
Checking the list of commands

The language is set in Korean, and English version will be developed in the future.
