Enchantment Table Tiers

Features:
This plugin allows you to use different 3x3 bases for your enchantment table, enhancing the resulting enchantments.

By default the config contains the following bases:
coal gives a 1 level boost to the enchantments added
iron gives a 2 level boost
gold gives a 3 level boost
diamond gives a 4 level boost!

These can be removed and you can add CUSTOM new ones!
Here is the config:

#You can add your own bases to this lists! Just add the material name from: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/Material.html
#And set the boost as seen in the examples below. You can remove bases as well.
Bases:
  COAL_BLOCK:
    Boost: 1
  IRON_BLOCK:
    Boost: 2
  GOLD_BLOCK:
    Boost: 3
  DIAMOND_BLOCK:
    Boost: 4
  GLOWSTONE:
    Boost: 10

As you can see, the format is:

   MaterialName:
      Boost: (desired boost MUST BE A WHOLE NUMBER)
