you can also use these commands to test out your api:

/eapi list | displays the list of all custom enchants
/eapi reload | reloads settings from config
/eapi ench {ID} {LVL} | applies the custom enchantment with the ID to the /eapi item you are holding
/eapi version | tells you the current version of the plugin
