    New
    - Denied pickups/placements, held-block alerts, and clears are now announced in chat, not just the server log.
    Fixed
    - Held-block handling now applies immediately when you re-enable the plugin or change the handling mode, instead of waiting up to 2 minutes. Also discovers new holders in worlds/chunks that only become findable later, on a periodic pass every 2 minutes. - Cleaned up inconsistent text casing in commands.
    QA
    - Verified via in-game chat commands and server console commands.
