ENgCAnvil - This is a plugin for creating higher level enchantments in the anvil.

With this plugin you can enchant vanilla enchantments in an anvil to any level that you specify in the config.

Enchantments and level

enchantments:
  DIG_SPEED:
    max_level: 10
  DURABILITY:
    max_level: 5

You can add any vanilla enchantments and set the maximum possible enchantment level in the anvil.
DOES NOT WORK WITH BOOKS!
