Replaces the full functionality of the tellraw command with one that uses Bukkit Color Codes.
Just use "/tellraw <player(s)> <Message>" without the < and >
Send to as many players as you want. If no player names are used, it will send to all players and the console, in color, if your console uses color.
Usable from console, other plugins, or in game.
Player use requires enhanced.tellraw perm or OP
