Some 1.11+ survival servers may have dealt with players travelling around the server at immense speeds by riding animals and using a hacked client. NCP currently doesn't patch this, and AAC only patches this to some extent. The "hack" that allows this can be seen here. A player can abuse this exploit to travel upwards of hundreds of blocks per second.
This plugin prevents that, and limits the ride speeds of donkeys, mules, horses, pigs, and boats to their vanilla allowances.
