Environmental Awareness - Reward sapling placement

Another minor update. This one adds two permission nodes: sapling.place.reward Your players require this permission node if you want them to gain money when placing a sapling. sapling.break.penalty Your players require this permission node if you want them to lose money when breaking a sapling.
