What It Does
Adds an inventory menu to /tptoggle so players can whitelist or blacklist specific users instead of blocking everyone. Click a block in the menu to switch between modes.
Why Use This?
Existing /tptoggle command is an all or nothing. You either allow teleport requests from everyone or no one. This plugin allows you to whitelist/blacklist specific users.

Usage
Run /tptoggle to open the menu.
