♦ Limit the count of houses and warps for each group

♦ Now players will not be able to delete other people's warps

essentials.warp.admin - permission to delete other players warps

Installation
1. Download plugin jarfile
2. Put plugin jarfile in "plugins" folder
3. Remove the home limit in the EssentialsX plugin
4. Stop and start server
