Estate Market is a regional management plugin and with this plugin, your players can buy and sell different worldguard region with ease thanks to an inventory system. Also, you can easily charge a real estate tax to your players and set the receiving account.

/estatemarket -> Open the region management panel (permission: estatemarket.use).

/estatemarket add <region> -> identify a new region (permission: estatemarket.admin).
/estatemarket edit <region> value <value> -> edit the value of the region (permission: estatemarket.admin).
/estatemarket edit <region> price <value> -> edit the price of the region (permission: estatemarket.admin).
/estatemarket edit <region> buy <true/false> -> edit sales status of the region (permission: estatemarket.admin).
/estatemarket edit <region> tax <number to edit the amount of tax / player to edit the tax collector> -> edit the price of the region (permission: estatemarket.admin).
/estatemarket edit <region> item <id> -> edit the item of the region (permission: estatemarket.admin).
/estatemarket setpreview <x> <y> <z> -> define the overview point of the region (permission: estatemarket.admin).
/estatemarket sell <region> <price> -> define one of your regions for sale (permission: estatemarket.use).
