EULA Checker

About: I created this plugin just as an experiment, but decided to put it on Spigot. When you use the command, it converts the IP into SHA-1 and checks it against the blacklist URL (http://sessionserver.mojang.com/blockedservers)

Command:
/eulacheck <server ip> - Checks if a server is in the Mojang EULA blacklist

Permission:
eulachecker.check

API Method:
This method checks if the server is EULA blacklisted or not (returns boolean)

EULAChecker.getEULACheckerAPI().isServerBlocked(String ip);
