Execube | Execute comands on other servers

· Better handling of cases where Redis goes down · Fixed where doing /execube reload will now properly reconnect if the Redis was previously down · Changed version format to <major>.<minor>.<CI-build>. This is inline with recent versioning change and to easier identify what build you are running.
