✨ Expanded Cooking ✨ (Food Quality Plugin)

I released the last release too fast. This should have the most up to date string so there is no bug on the version checker

Massive thanks to Cyberillc for pointing out a game breaking bug in the plugin. In this release, the bug that was responsible for granting cooking levels to non food items has been fixed. There is a good chance that I will also be going back and releasing a new update very soon with and updated polishing of the enable features and perhaps future particle effects. I'm very happy to see that my work is still being used by the community Thanks to everyone for your support

There was a console error every time someone consumed something without an item lore, so in this update that is fixed. I have also added the prefix [Expanded Cooking] to all console messages for added professionalism. I've also added a class that probes the Spigot API via an HTTPS request so I can get the released version and compare it to the plugin version so admins can keep the plugin up to date.

Introducing an extensive array of new configuration options to the plugin! Now, users can personalize effects and their duration across various cook qualities. Additionally, we've resolved pesky bugs affecting SQL integration for a smoother experience.

The expanded cooking plugin enhances the culinary aspect of gameplay on Paper Minecraft servers. The plugin incorporates SQL integration to store and retrieve data related to player cooking experience. I'm super excited about this SQL integration.
