Exploit fixes

This is to those who may struggle with setting up a server.

REQUIRES PROTOCOL LIB.

What this fixes:

- Pex (Exploit on many clients to crash a server)
- Bungeecord Exploits (when a server is under bungeecord)
- Basic bukkit/spigot command bypasses
- Blocks any commands that give out information that is for admins only.
- Litebans
- WorldEdit
- FAWE
- Tab completing commands (like /help and /about etc.)
- Holographic Displays
- Fake IPs being blocked
- CommandSync
- IP Forward packets bypassing bungeecord

SETUP:

1) Download the plugin
2) Apply the plugin to your plugins folder for the server you want this to be on.
3) Run the server
4) Go to plugin then ExploitFixes then change 0.0.0.0 to your server's IP (Number IP)
5) Restart the server

Permissions:

- Fixes.Admin (To bypass all the above apart from the Bungeecord Exploit)
