Simple. Just use /ed to toggle it!

Then just you /ed [Player Name] to toggle Explosive Diarrhea for them!
BUT WHAT ABOUT PERMISSIONS!?!?!?!??!??!?!
If you for some reason wanna actually use this in your server, then here are the permissions.
explosivediarrhea.command - Allows you to use /ed on yourself.
explosivediarrhea.command.others - Allows you to use /ed on other people.
If you're op, then you already have all the permissions!
