ExtraCommands, is a great tool for members, admins and even owners!
Theres a premade rank system for you to add you staff members!

Commands
/gm (gamemode) - Sets your gamemode
/day - Makes it day!
/night - Makes it night!
/p (player)- Punish a player
/setrank (rank) (player) - Set rank for a player
/extrahelp - Extra help
/sr help - Set rank help
/extra - Chat help
/setmotd (motd) - Set server motd
/m (player)- Manage a player
/gmgui (player)- Manage a players gamemode
/nick (nickname) - nick
/rname - reset nick
