Factions Fly Reloaded (MCORE)

This is a fork of the plugin Factions Fly made by @Valetorev . You can find the original plugin here

I made a few fixes and improvement like removing the console spam
and whitelisting admins from enemy near checks.

This version currently supports Factions plugin made by MassiveCore

Commands:
- /fly (toggles faction flight on and off.)
- /fly version (tells the current version of FactionsFly)
- /fly reload (reloads the plugins config.yml)

Permissions:
- factionsfly.allow (allows players to use /fly)
- factionsfly.own (allows flight in your land)
- factionsfly.ally (allows flight in ally land)
- factionsfly.truce (A permission only for the MCore version that allows flight in truces land)
- factionsfly.enemy (allows flight in enemy land)
- factionsfly.neutral (allows flight in neutral land)
- factionsfly.wild (allows flight in wilderness land and to /fly wild)
- factionsfly.safezone (allows flight in safezone land)
- factionsfly.warzone (allows flight in warzone land)
- factionsfly.all (allows players to fly in any faction territory.)
- factionsfly.admin (allows players to reload the config and use /fly in any faction territory.)
