FairFight Anticheat (Public Skript Anticheat version)

This is a public version of FairFight (Only somes check, no combat check on the public sorry)

I do not have much to say appart that the speed check are one of the best on spigot (In script) there is little check I'll think if I put the combat check and adds real fly check later , meanwhile you can skid the speed checks.
