What does it do?
This plugin represents your Per-World server as a Bungeecord (Gamecord) server.
How does it work?
This plugin is working with many other world traveling / creating plugins (Multiverse, Multiworld etc.), it finds all your worlds and you can use the /server command to travel trough those worlds.

Added /bungee command to see the GameCord version.
