FakeBungeecord
This plugin adds the Proxy Commands, "Servers" and seperated chats / player lists to your server. A server is a world, that means you can rename servers by renaming the world. :)
To set where the player spawns in the server, use the vanilla command /setworldspawn. :D

BungeeSigns
With BungeeSigns you can make signs that teleport to other servers (worlds). To do so, you must have the permission (below). Place a sign with "[server]" in the first line, and in the second line the server's name.

/alert <Message> - /alertraw <Message> - Broadcasts a message.
/end - Stops the proxy.
/ip <Player> - Displays IP of Player.
/bungee - Displays BungeeCord Version.
/find <Player> - Displays on which server the player is connect to.
/glist - Displays a list of all players online.
/greload - Reloads the BungeeCord Configurations.
/perms - Shows all permissions you have, and all groups which you are in.
/send <Player>/all <Server> - Summon player(s) to a server.
/server <Server> - Summon to a server.
