This plugin is solution to replace seeds when they are germinated!
Version 1.0:
-replace seeds of wheat when germinated
-farmland can't transform to dirt on walk
Version 1.1:
-Added new hoe to plants on 3*3, admin can get it with /specialhoe with permission farmutils.admin and redistribute to players in exchange of money or other things like diamond
Version 1.2:
-hoe optimization
-patching when hoe replants seeds where seeds are already placed
