Fast Heal

The new update comes with particles when using a command as xDizasterCYx suggested, thanks to him for the particle idea. Added particle of hearts when using /heal. Added different type of particles when using the other commands. See the resource page for pictures Ability to choose if you want to display the particles or not, in the config. Fix when the player uses /ext it displayed the heal message. That was a code error by my part. New config file, if you are going to update from 1.1 you will need to backup the old config, if any changes where made, and regenereate the new config.yml by reloading or restarting the server. if you have any issues just tell me

Just a simple fix o the placeholders in the config and in the code, where I didn't update the config adding %target%. Hope there are no more errors

New permissions for the feed, ext commands and to be able to heal other players: · fastheal.ext.other · fastheal.ext · fastheal.feed · fastheal.feed.other · fastheal.heal.other Added 2 placeholders for the messages: · %player% - player who used the command · %target% - player who got healed, etc. Note: ONLY use this for the feed-by-other//heal-by-other//ext-by-other messages. The placehorders donesn't work in not-online message
