FireFli Teleport Bow

Minor Changes: There are some changes made in the plugin, and also there was a bug in console message system, which is fixed. ​ [Fixed] : Console or Player is getting a variable message, which is fixed. [Fixed] : Player was getting more than one TP Bow even they already had one, everytime they join the server. Now if a player already have a TP Bow, they will not get a second one automatically by the config.yml file (on-player-join). [Added] : Functionality to reload the plugin only, without restart the whole server. Use /tpbowreload command to reload the config.yml file after making some changes, the result will reflect immediately.
