1.3Fix the problem that the vanilla give command give player one extra item.
If you use the vanilla give command, the server will fire a PlayerDropItemEvent, if the event got canceled by any other plugin, give command will give you one extra item.
This plugin will fix this problem and will not keep you from using the vanilla give command. You can use the command as usual.
This plugin doesn't have any command, any permission, and it will not generate configuration file. Just put it into your plugins folder and it will work.
