FlightTimer was requested by Kythera Survival.
FlightTimer has the normal /fly command which can be disabled in the config.yml file and it also has the /flytimer <hours> to create a Feather Of Flight which when right clicked gives the player so many hours of flight.
FlightTimer permission nodes include:
fly.command.use
fly.item.create
To use the Feather Of Flight does not require any permissions and only requires the user to right click on it.
