FlowerMeal

Intro
A friend asked me if there was a way to bonemeal flowers. There was an old plugin that didn't work anymore so I made this.

Usage
You can right click any flower with a piece of bonemeal and it will duplicate the flower.

Config
I've added a few configuration options as follows.
