FoliaNPC is a lightweight player-style NPC plugin for Spigot, Paper, and Folia servers. It lets server owners create fake-player NPCs with skins, holograms, dialog, click actions, movement controls, and YAML import/export support. The plugin uses a modern NMS fake-player renderer where supported and uses EntityPacketBridge for NPC click handling. PacketEvents remains available only as an optional fallback backend.
