When joining specified worlds, checks if a player is using Essentials' vanish mode and if so, forces them visible.
I tested it under 1.13, 1.12 and 1.8.8. Works fine in them so I assume it will also work in 1.9/1.10/1.11... I just don't feel like going to the effort of doing the testing lol.
I also tested it using both Spigot Essentials and EssentialsX, worked fine with either. I didn't include a dependency setting in the plugin as it works with either so the plugin assumes you aren't stupid enough to use it when you don't have Essentials.
Requires forceappear.admin permission to use the commands. When in game as a player, you can do /forceappear on or /forceappear off to set whether or not the world you are in forces visible. At the console, it's forceappear worldname on/off.
If a player has the forceappear.exempt permission, the plugin will not change their current visibility status regardless of world setting.
It can also be told (via the remember-state option in config.yml) to remember visibility state and restore when changing worlds. So if an invisible player in worldA goes to worldB where invisibility is not allowed, the system makes them visible. If they go back to worldA, normally they'd go back visible. If remember-state is true, it knows they were invisible when they left so when they return they go back to being invisible.
